[edit] Welcome to the Spione Wiki
Truth is found at the intersection of independent lies
This webpage's purpose is to identify connections across all source material concerning Cold War espionage, whether fictional or non-fictional, whether directly about spying or not. The connections may be factual or thematic. Oh, and of course, with a special but not exclusive emphasis on the two German states and Berlin.
For example, you can discover not only all the biographical and analytical sources regarding James Jesus Angleton's career, but also cross-reference or buy essay into them for the agencies and other people associated with him, as well as for the fictionalized accounts, whether they use his name or a pseudonym. The "truth" to be discovered is perhaps best understood as your own informed judgment.
